"When students attend one of my classes they can expect an alignment-based practice focused around breathe and postural integrity. Throughout class I will work with students to build body awareness, flexibility, strength, and purposeful breath and functional movement patterns. Regardless of the practitioner's ability level there are modifications and props available to be utilized in class as needed. My Job as a Yoga instructor is to safely provide options and opportunities for each individual to grow within their personal practice on and off the mat. I'll guide students through familiar shapes and new postures meant to challenge their body and inspire their mind to inquire more deeply."
